We particularly enjoyed the art works all around the home and of course the hot tub! The property is in a great location for exploring the local area and we have had a super time.

The only BIG downside was that we were very excited about using the hot tub. However, the chemicals were not properly measured, and the chlorine (or whatever it was) was so strong it burned the kids skin and they had to get out after 10 minutes. The 2nd day I left the cover off and jets on for 40 minutes to assist in off-gassing, then tried again. The first layer of skin peeled off of my hands and feet the next day, and our 10 year old daughters hands. We have sadly experienced this once before so we know it is from FAR to many chemicals. When they are not measured and tested properly. Just dumping a bunch in after guests leave is NOT good. Sadly, it really shaded our experience at an otherwise nice place. I hope the housekeeper will be more careful in the future when maintaining the hot tub/ spa. our poor kiddo is still experiencing chapped skin from the chemical burn.
