The property is appreciated for its quiet location, proximity to the beach and village, and spaciousness, making it suitable for families and pets. The garden is secure and the area is peaceful, with friendly neighbours and local amenities. Some guests found the property to be clean and well-equipped, while others noted it as a comfortable base for exploring Anglesey.
Reviews on cleanliness are mixed. Some guests found the property clean and tidy, while others reported dust, dead woodlice, and a stale smell in certain areas. The kitchen sink seal was noted as a potential health hazard by one guest.
The location is highly praised for its tranquillity, easy access to the beach, harbour, and coastal walks, and the village's amenities. It is described as a great base for exploring the surrounding areas.
Comfort levels are generally good, with the property being spacious and mostly comfortable. However, some guests mentioned issues with mattresses and bedding quality, and suggested that blackout blinds or curtains would improve sleep quality.
Facilities are adequate but several reviews mention the need for maintenance and updates. Issues include problematic showers, a lack of kitchen equipment, and minor repairs needed throughout the property. The presence of a secure garden for pets is a plus.
There is insufficient information to assess thoughtfulness as it relates to gifts or welcome packs. While some guests mentioned the lack of a welcome pack, it is not clear if this is a standard offering or an occasional courtesy.

We loved it!

Our only problem was the outside space at the back. The grass was quite long and having a small dog and two 5year olds who wanted to be in the garden it wasnât ideal. All it needed was cutting.

The house was clean and comfortable but could be improved. A welcome pack would have been nice on arrival as would be the supply of towels. The shortfalls were the following, only one hour of hot water was provided morning and evening (but easily overridden on the boiler). The tumble drier was labelled "for change over staff only but we needed to use it when our clothes got saturated in the rain. The door on the drier doesn't close and the drier perhaps needs replacing. The extractor filter from the cooker was dripping dirty black oil and needs replacing. The oven was giving off thick acrid fumes on heating. Lack of casseroles/serving dishes for self catering. The bottom sheets in downstairs bedroom was old rough and tired. The curtains in the bedrooms did not keep out much light so it was difficult to sleep. We found the showers temperamental. The key safe was incredibly hard to use, The is no garage. We paid nearly £1000 and expected better for a property in this price range. There is a feeling of penny pinching - we would not use again.
