Guests say

Sandy Bank is a well-loved cottage praised for its stunning views, proximity to the beach, and comfortable amenities. Guests have enjoyed the property's cleanliness, the convenience of its location, and the thoughtful touches provided by the owner. The house is equipped with facilities that cater to families and pets, making it an ideal retreat for a relaxing holiday in Rhosneigr.

The majority of guests found the property to be very clean, with several positive comments on its tidiness. However, one review mentioned the need for a more thorough clean, which slightly impacts the overall high score.

The location is highly praised for its beautiful views and direct access to the beach and sand dunes. The proximity to local amenities and the town centre also contributes to the high score, despite the mention of privacy concerns due to beachgoers.

Guests have reported the property as comfortable, with special mentions of the cosy beds and the living room. A few comments about the property needing updates and the steepness of certain steps suggest room for improvement.

The facilities, including the well-equipped kitchen, wet room, and utility area, are appreciated by guests. Some reviews, however, noted minor issues such as a non-working socket and the need for oven gloves, indicating slight deductions for maintenance.

Several reviews mention thoughtful gestures like a bottle of wine on arrival and the owner's attentive communication. While these gifts are warmly received, they are not guaranteed for every stay.

Its very comfortable,I personally love the decor and the utility room is a godsend with having the dog but the main reason we book is the view and the proximity to the beach. Altogether an outstanding house.

The view is outstanding and we had everything we needed .The parking was fine for one car but there wasn't much space if we had taken a second car.
