There are a variety of shops and cafes along the beach front and delightful picnic areas to choose from, not to mention lively pubs and restaurants should you wish to dine out for the evening. This rural setting offers peace and ideal locations for walking enthusiasts with the spectacular Snowdonia Mountains and its surrounding National Park only a 30 minute drive away.
Benllech has a beach much favoured by families, with a slipway allowing easy access for all. A variety of shops and cafés front the beach, with a picnic area to the side, whilst the village centre offers more shops, pubs, hotels and restaurants. Ruth the owner made us a cake which was fantastic she also left milk and eggs for us to use. The cottage was fabulous , everything we needed was supplied. Beautiful cottage , beautifully comfortable. Exceptional. Would recommend to everyone. Ruth even told us the best places to see, which was fantastic.
