Tyn Lon has sweeping sea views towards Lligwy Beach and Dulas Island. This comfortable farmhouse offers fabulous living accommodation including 2 ground floor bedrooms each with their own ensuite shower room. Close to the picturesque village of Moelfre and an easy stroll to the large sandy Lligwy beach, with its lovely and popular cafe. This is the perfect holiday home for the whole family.

The well equipped kitchen has ceramic hob, electric cooker, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The open plan kitchen/diner leads out to the rear garden and there is a wall mounted TV, sofa and dining table for eight. In the utility room is a washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, second drinks fridge and espresso coffee machine and hanging space for outdoor clothes.

The sitting room has a large L-shaped sofa, digital TV and DVD player and wood burning stove. In addition there are books, games and DVDs.

The downstairs bedrooms form their own little annexe. Both have windows to the front and back of the house so are light and have the gorgeous views. The kingsize bedroom has an ensuite shower room , with electric shower, basin and loo. The internal access to the twin bedroom with its underfloor heating and ensuite with large shower, electric towel rail, basin and loo, is through the kingsize bedroom. There is also an external door to the front lawn to give separate access.

Upstairs has 1 twin room, 1 double room and 1 single room. There is a 10th sleeping space that can be provided on request (a camp bed which fits in the single room) and a wooden cot is available upon request and fits into the single bedroom.

The upstairs main bathroom has shower over bath, loo, basin and dual fuel radiator.

There is an enclosed rear garden with garden furniture and a paved terrace area to the front where you can sit at the table and drink sundowners watching the lovely sunset over the bay. The end barn has been recently converted and equipped with table tennis – perfect for the odd rainy day especially as there is heating too!

Storage for bikes and ample parking for cars.

Situated on the beautiful east coast of Anglesey, Moelfre is a delightful seaside village, boasting little cottages, a picturesque port, a beach, fine views of Snowdonia, a working lifeboat, and two quality pubs/restaurants. Visit the hugely popular local Seawatch Centre, enjoy fishing or watching sea birds, seals and even dolphins, or discover wonderful cliff-top walks with stunning mountain views. The village has many historic links, the most recent being the site of the tragic Royal Charter shipwreck in 1859. There are stunning sandy beaches nearby, at Benllech and Lligwy, and the lovely Red Wharf Bay, with its miles of open sands and birdlife. A perfect location for travelling around this lovely island and throughout beautiful Snowdonia.
