Beefs Park Farm Annexe is a well-equipped, peaceful holiday rental in a rural setting, offering a good base for exploring South Wales & Pembrokeshire. Guests appreciate the quiet location, the proximity to beaches and local attractions, and the helpfulness of the owner. Some guests mentioned a welcome pack, adding a touch of thoughtfulness to their stay.
The property generally maintains a reasonable standard of cleanliness, though some guests noted areas needing improvement, such as dirty windows and a musty smell upon entry. The kitchen was found clean by a guest.
The location is praised for its peacefulness and rural charm, with easy access to beaches and local sights. However, some guests found the property a bit remote, and the narrow access roads were a concern for some.
Guests found the beds comfortable and the provision of large soft towels a plus. However, some guests mentioned uncomfortable beds and a narrow double bed, suggesting room for improvement in comfort.
The facilities, including a washing machine and dishwasher, were appreciated, but some guests reported maintenance issues such as a bathroom in need of TLC and outdated lounge furniture. The presence of underfloor heating in the bathroom was a highlight.
Several guests were delighted by an unexpected welcome pack, indicating a level of thoughtfulness. However, as not all reviews mention this, it's clear that such gestures, while appreciated, may not be a consistent experience for all guests.

30pm and they let us in early. Milk. tea bags.salt .pepper .strawberry jam. Welsh cakes .washing up liquid .hand soap . Washing powder. Dishwasher tablets large towels all provided foe us. The annex itself was a good size needing a paint job on the decking. But that didn't hinder our holiday in any way. Nice peaceful tranquil place to stay. Nothing for a drive away. It was a perfect breakaway that we needed. Would definitely go back again loved the fact that we were in the middle of nowhere if that's your kind of breakaway you will love it as much as we did. Thanks
Diana
It should be advertised not suitable for disabled due to the steps being a big hazard no handrail. Everything is old and tired and not a place we would want to return. Also the television did not have a signal so that was not good.
