The mound of the 12th-century St. Clears Castle can still be seen in St. Clears, which also includes a number of shops, taverns, and restaurants. St. Clears also holds numerous festivals and carnivals throughout the year. Folly Farm, Oakwood Theme Park, and the Heron's Brook Golfing and Fishing Center are all close to St. Clears. See the Dylan Thomas Boathouse, Tenby, Laugharne Castle, and the famed Botanic and Aberglasney Gardens. Beautiful landscapes like the Preselli Mountains, the Pembrokeshire coastline walk, the Gower Peninsula, and the Brecon Beacons are easily accessible in all directions.
