This extremely spacious and very old five-bedroomed farmhouse stands in its own grounds and is surrounded by 50 acres of farmland. In a peaceful location, 1 mile or so from Cenarth,  2 miles from Newcastle Emlyn and 9 miles from the coast.

Bryn Farm has a large kitchen/dining room with fitted oak units, dishwasher and large dining table with 8 chairs. The utility room adjacent to the kitchen has a freezer, washing machine, shower cubicle and storage space. The cottage has 2 living rooms both with TVs, one with a large woodburning stove in the fireplace (initial supply of logs provided) and a DVD player. Twin bedroom on the ground floor with a cloakroom adjacent (WC and basin). Upstairs are a further 4 bedrooms - one double, a further double with a four-poster bed, and two single bedrooms. The upstairs bathroom has WC and bath with an electric shower over.

The garden surrounding the farmhouse is made up mainly of a lawn and trees, and includes a barbecue and garden furniture. Guests also have access to the owners' farmland. Outbuilding for storage of bikes. The pretty village of Cenarth has a shop and pub. Salmon fishing and coracle rides on the River Teifi. Beautiful waterfalls in the area. Market town of Newcastle Emlyn has leisure centre with swimming pool, shops and cafes. Visit the West Wales coast for its numerous sandy beaches and rock pools. Cardigan Bay is well-known for its dolphins, so keep a look out for them off the beach, or get closer to them on one of the many boat trips running along the coast.
