Guests say

Ty Ni is a well-received cottage in New Quay, praised for its spaciousness, stunning views, and comfortable furnishings. Guests appreciate the well-equipped kitchen, stylish decor, and the inclusion of a games room and hot tub. The property is ideal for large family gatherings and offers a welcoming atmosphere.

Guests consistently mention the property's cleanliness, noting it as very good. There are minor comments about chipped crockery, but these do not detract significantly from the overall positive feedback.

The location is highly praised for its stunning sea views and proximity to the beach, despite being up a steep hill. The hill's challenge is noted for those with mobility issues, but the location's beauty and convenience are well-regarded.

Comfort is a standout feature, with numerous reviews highlighting the comfortable beds, warm and cozy atmosphere, and spacious living areas. The property is described as perfect for relaxation and family time.

Facilities are generally well-received, with a well-stocked kitchen and enjoyable outdoor spaces. However, there are some reports of maintenance issues such as non-working hot tub jets and missing games room equipment, which slightly affect the score.

Guests mention a welcome hamper, which is a thoughtful touch, although it should be noted that such gifts are not guaranteed. The provision of toys, books, and baby equipment also reflects consideration for guest needs.

The house is top quality and so well equipped with everything you need for a great family break. The hamper was a real bonus on our arrival and much appreciated, really enjoyed the outdoor spaces around the house and the view from the deck is beautiful. The games room was a great extra also with the table tennis and air hockey, we personally would’ve loved a dart board also but that’s just our personal preference. Will hopefully be back again next year.

The house has everything you need to make your stay enjoyable and the sea views are amazing. We did have a few problems, the sink in the kitchen and one of the ensuite showers was not draining which resulted in the drains over flowing on the patio, and we also ran out of gas. We rang the emergency number and they came and sorted the problems on the same day. We could not fault the service we received. We also queried why there were no pool ques or balls, and they advised us the owner decided not to replace these items due to the constant misuse. I would suggest this is removed from the listing. This would not stop us rebooking this amazing property in the future. We hope to return.

The house was gorgeous, really spacious, the bedrooms were all decorated to a high standard and comfy! The living space/kitchen/terrace is just perfect and we spent a lot of time as a family using this area. The views are stunning, and the patio garden in the evenings with the sun shining was great to let the children play, and enjoyed the company of the sheep! Having the hot tub was a great bonus! The hill was a bit of a challenge for a couple of our less mobile family members, but majority of us were up and down the hill daily. All in all, I would not hesitate to recommend this house to any family/group! Thanks for a wonderful stay.
