Guests say

Frog Cottage is a charming and cosy property, praised for its dog-friendly environment, underfloor heating, and excellent location for beach access and local amenities. Guests appreciate the homely feel, comfortable furnishings, and the enclosed garden, which is perfect for relaxing evenings. The nearby pub and walks right on the doorstep are also highly valued. Some concerns were raised about maintenance issues and the steep garden steps, but overall, the cottage offers a delightful stay in Gower.

Most guests found the cottage to be well-equipped and comfortable. However, there were comments about a dirty food cupboard and old food left behind, which suggests room for improvement in cleanliness.

The location is highly praised for its proximity to beaches, walking paths, and a welcoming local pub. The scenic Gower area and the convenience of nearby amenities contribute to a very positive experience.

Guests describe the cottage as comfortable and homely, with a lovely garden and comfy beds. Some concerns about a cold property upon arrival and a soft mattress indicate slight discomfort for a few visitors.

While the cottage is generally well-furnished, guests reported issues with bathroom size, faulty shower doors, inadequate kitchen equipment, and heating problems. These maintenance issues suggest the need for attention to facilities.

There are no specific mentions of gifts or special touches that would indicate the level of thoughtfulness. Therefore, it is not possible to provide a score in this category.

Delightful cottage in good location close to countryside and beach walks. Dog friendly. Convenient off road parking to rear of cottage. Very efficient wood burning stove in lounge. Just around corner from Britannia Inn and local community shop and cafe. Having two bathrooms was a bonus. We had a very enjoyable stay and would recommend this cottage for its character, comfort and location.
