Guests say

Guests have enjoyed the warm, well-equipped cottage at Llanelen Farm, appreciating its stunning views and enclosed garden, ideal for dogs. The location offers easy access to beaches and walking on the Welsh Moors. Assistance from the host with a car issue was highly valued.

The property's cleanliness has been brought into question due to the state of the toilet brushes and the condition under the sheets, indicating a need for improvement.

The location is praised for its brilliant views and proximity to beaches and walking areas, though access may be challenging without a 4x4 vehicle.

The property is described as warm and suitable for families and dogs, but some guests found the furniture tired and the entrance steps difficult without a rail.

There is not enough information on the state of the facilities and maintenance to provide a score.

No reviews mention gifts or special attention from the host that would indicate thoughtfulness, so a score cannot be provided.

This cottage is in a fabulous location. Close to so many different places to visit. Beautiful view from the house. The garden is well fenced so you don't have to worry about dogs escaping. Nice and spacious inside the house but safas and beds need renewing. Lovely to have the sheep roaming freely around the place but a nightmare for dodging the poos!! We couldn't help treading it into the house when it was raining and had to get inside quick. Also trod it into the cars.

You need a 4x4 to safely negotiate the long drive. There are 4 big steps up to the entrance and without a rail I had difficulty getting up and down. The furniture was very tired but it did mean we didn’t have to worry about the dogs. The garden was perfect for the dogs and the property was warm. However, we thought we’d take the sheets off but if we’d seen what was underneath the sheets I doubt we would have stayed. The toilet brushes were disgusting still with paper and s…t attached. Lovely views but the mud to open and shut the gate is a problem. We followed a normal saloon down the very long drive and it bottomed several times. Luckily we were in a 4x4!
