Set within a large Victorian house, encompassed by manicured communal gardens with direct beach access, this apartment is the ideal place for friends and family to unwind by the coast. St Leonards Ground Floor Apartment features a modern fitted kitchen with charming dining area, welcoming lounge with Baby Grand piano and sea views, a shower room, cloakroom, twin bedroom and superking bedroom leading onto a stunning seating area, overlooking the bay. There's also a raised decking area leading from the kitchen, making a great spot for al fresco dining while looking out over the beautiful ever-changing seascape. The family-friendly Langland Bay beach is a sheltered sandy beach by pretty beach huts, a waterfront brasserie, tennis courts, cafe and promenade. From here you can join the Wales Coastal Path either taking you West to Caswell Bay east to Mumbles, with its lovely shops, cafes and bars.

Rooms: Ground floor: Entrance hall with Victorian harmonium, kitchen/dining lounge with Baby Grand Piano, superking bedroom with uninterrupted sea views, twin bedroom, walk-in shower room and cloakroom with WC. 

Kitchen and utilities: Well-appointed fitted kitchen with electric oven/hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, large dining table with 6 chairs, and bi-folding doors leading out onto decking area with wonderful sea views over Langland Bay.

Entertainment: Large Smart TV in lounge with Sky and Netlfix. Wi-Fi available.

For families: Travel cot, high chair and stairgate not available.

Outside: Small seating area with patio furniture and uninterrupted sea views leading from Bedroom 1. Decking area with garden furniture and wonderful sea views over Langland Bay leading from the Kitchen/Dining Area. Both seating areas above lead down to a large communal garden with further sea views to be enjoyed. Shared washing line at the side of the property and gates at the end of the garden offer direct access to coastal path and beach.

General: Central heating and electricity included. Bed linen, towels and 2 hairdryers provided. Welcome pack on arrival includes tea, coffee, milk, sugar and biscuits/cake.

Pets: Sorry, no pets permitted at this property. Owner's dog occasionally has access to the property between bookings so may not be suitable for those with allergies. 

No smoking inside the cottage.

Parking: Allocated off-road parking for 1 car.
