Guests have praised Ysgubor - Barn for its cleanliness, peaceful rural setting, and welcoming host. The property offers stunning views, spacious rooms, and a hot tub that is particularly enjoyed. While some guests noted the single-track access road and uncomfortable furniture, the overall experience is one of relaxation and enjoyment in a beautiful North Wales location.
The majority of reviews highlight the property's cleanliness, with several guests describing it as 'spotless' and 'very clean'. However, a few guests mentioned musty smells and a dirty hot tub, slightly lowering the score.
The location is appreciated for its quiet, picturesque setting and proximity to local attractions. However, the single-track access road and remote nature have been noted as potential issues for some visitors.
While the property is generally found to be spacious and well-equipped, several guests have commented on the uncomfortable seating and beds, suggesting a need for updates in this area.
Facilities like the hot tub and well-equipped kitchen are frequently commended. Nonetheless, some guests have reported maintenance issues such as broken furniture and outdated appliances, indicating room for improvement.
There are no specific mentions of gifts or special touches that would indicate the level of thoughtfulness. Therefore, it is not possible to provide a score in this category.

Very knowledgable of the area and weâre great at giving you ideas of what to do. Communication with them was great. You didnât know you was staying on a farm only the fact you got up in the morning to cows mooing, usually farms smell but this wasnât the case. The barn conversion itself is lovely. All open planned downstairs, upstairs again very spacious. The only negative feed back I would have to say is the furniture of the property is very old fashioned and really needs updating to give the over finish a great quality. The sofa is very very uncomfortable. The beds need replacing. Also I would change the bed size upstairs to king size Like downstairs as thereâs plenty of room to do so. The views from the upstairs main room was lovely to wake up to everyday which we will miss. Overall really enjoyable stay and was sad to leave.
