A spacious, waterfront, ground floor apartment between Llandudno and Conwy on the mouth of the Conwy estuary. With easy coastal walking from the door, this is ideal for nature lovers, couples, or with all the beaches, activities and attractions that abound in the area small families will find it a good fit too.

This ground floor apartment has a great location on the sea front in Deganwy offering amazing views across the estuary, out to sea and towards the Isle of Anglesey. The apartment has been decorated and furnished to a high standard with plenty of space. The comfortable living room has a large sofa, armchair, and a flatscreen TV. The far end of the living has the dining table and 3 chairs, positioned next to the window allowing you to look out over the garden and the seaview beyond.

A spacious hallway connects to the modern kitchen with electric hob and oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and all the kitchen utensils and crockery you'll need for your stay. A family bathroom has a bath with shower over it, WC, and wash basin. 1 hand towel and bath towel are provided for each guest. The master bedroom has a double bed and the single bedroom a wide (4 foot) single bed.

Garden furniture is provided for the front garden and there is a secluded patio at the rear of the house if you prefer. There is off road parking for one car at the front of the house. Other facilities include free wi-fi, bike storage, full central heating and an electric fire in the living room. This is a Non Smoking and Pet Free property, please note there are a few steps within the apartment.

The Wales Coast Path passes the front of the house providing a safe, off road walking or cycling route to Llandudno or Conwy and beyond. Numerous attractions are a short car journey away including the Snowdonia National Park.
