Set in attractive cobbled courtyard this property is ideally situated on the edge of the Snowdonia National Park. A short drive will take you to Conwy and Llanduno on the coast with Betws Y Coed, Portmadog and Snowdon to the south.

Location: Set in an attractive cobbled courtyard this lovely stone cottage, with all ground floor facilities, is situated just a few miles south of the medieval castle town of Conwy and half a mile from the village of Tyn y Groes, on the eastern edge of the Snowdonia National Park. This is an excellent walking area and has opportunities for birdwatching, with rspb Conwy close by. Easy access to the coast, beaches at Llandudno or Penmaenmawr, and a short drive to the mountains and central Snowdonia.

Accommodation: Plas Yw is an L-shaped bungalow, has a master bedroom with ensuite shower room and WC, 2 further bedrooms, family bathroom (bath with shower over), fitted kitchen-diner and lounge with an open fire in a stone fireplace and french windows into the garden (within the original  Victorian walled garden). 

This five star property is decorated and furnished to a high standard. Facilities include electric heating, washing machine, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, DVD video, garden furniture and use of a shared games room with table tennis. Bed linen and towels are supplied. Electricity and logs are included in summer. There is a seasonal fuel supplement £35 per week. Wi Fi available (small fee payable direct to owner). This is a no smoking property. The cottage is on the same site as Is y Coed.
