About this property

Llandudno 2.5 miles. This contemporary abode sits in an elevated position in the village of Penrhynside, on the outskirts of Llandudno, Conwy. Enjoying distant sea views and a tasteful interior, Jasmine Villa welcomes families for a fabulous stay in North Wales, with easy access to the striking coastline and Eryri National Park. Find off-road parking directly outside the property, before climbing the steps to reach the front door. Step into the lounge and make yourself at home on the corner sofa bed, flicking on the Smart TV and choosing a favourite film. Prepare home-cooked delights in the kitchen, equipped with all the essentials for a week away before setting the dining table and enjoy a leisurely meal together. Spend those warm evenings out on the terrace garden as you take in the view, plus there is a covered seating area with lighting where you can escape as the night grows darker. Find the bedroom upstairs, including a double, where you can unwind and enjoy the views to the sea, estuary, and mountains, and a triple bunk room with double and single bed, each presented in neutral tones. Start your day with a rinse in the shower room before heading out the door and exploring the town; browse a range of independent shops in search of a gift to take home, stock up on essentials at the convenience store or pick out a local restaurant when you’d rather not cook for yourself. Both the Penrhyn Arms and Cross Keys pubs are within walking distance, where you can dine out and enjoy a tipple or two. Head up the Great Orme for commanding views over the town, grab an ice cream and stroll along the promenade or head to the Victorian pier for an assortment of arcades and amusements. Pack up your bucket and spades at head to the sands of Rhos-on-Sea beach, visit the iconic Conwy Castle or catch a show at the iconic Venue Cymru. There’s plenty to explore whilst holidaying at Jasmine Villa.

Llandudno lies between two headlands, the Great Orme and the Little Orme and it is these headlands, and the town's two waterfronts, that give this tourist resort its special appeal. The town offers two superb beaches - the North Shore, with its wide promenade backed by an imposing crescent of Victorian hotels and the quieter West Shore with miles of sandy shoreline backed by sand dunes and superb views towards Anglesey. For the best views, however, you can reach the summit of the 679ft Great Orme using either the Great Orme Tramway or by taking an exciting cable car ride of over a mile. The town has an excellent selection of shops, pubs, restaurants and cafés, as well as Venue Cymru, which is North Wales' premier theatrical stage for opera, ballet, musicals, comedy and visiting orchestras, boasting a programme that is second to none - all this is just a stone's throw from the promenade. Just 4 miles away is the town of Conwy - a designated World Heritage Site. A true medieval gem, Conwy is dominated by a splendid castle and completely enclosed by its well-preserved town walls. Discover miles of sandy beaches along the North Wales coast and excellent walking and climbing in the Snowdonia National Park just 20 minutes' drive away - there's plenty to see and do!

The views were amazing from inside and both the balconies. A lovely well equipped and furnished holiday home, I loved snuggling into the large sofa watching the large TV and the scenery. Angel Bay is a just a shirt walk away snd worth it to see the colony of Seals that reside there. 2 pubs and shops also just minutes away. Overall very enjoyable stay and would return.
