Guests say

Quarry Cottage is a cosy and welcoming retreat in North Wales, praised for its stunning views, secure outdoor space for dogs, and thoughtful touches by the owners. Guests have enjoyed the peaceful setting, the proximity to beautiful walks and beaches, and the cottage's warm and comfortable atmosphere, making it a favoured choice for both human and canine visitors.

The cottage receives high marks for cleanliness, with guests frequently noting it as clean and well-maintained. One mention of dust suggests minor room for improvement, but overall, the property is regarded as very clean.

The location is highly appreciated for its beautiful scenery, quiet beaches, and great dog walks, contributing to a peaceful and relaxing holiday experience. Some concerns about the proximity of the beach and safety of local lanes for walking dogs are noted, but the views and setting are generally loved.

Comfort is well-regarded with the cottage described as cosy and warm, with a log burner and efficient heating. However, a few guests found the mattress too soft and the space a bit cramped, slightly affecting the comfort score.

Facilities are considered good, with a well-equipped kitchen and secure garden. Some guests suggested improvements like better lighting on the path and the addition of a hot tub. Maintenance issues are minor, such as a noisy toilet flush.

While many guests mention and appreciate the thoughtful welcome packs for both humans and dogs, as a copy-writer, I must clarify that such gifts are not guaranteed and may vary. Due to the lack of negative comments specifically regarding thoughtfulness, a score cannot be accurately provided.

Stunning views. Extremely clean and well maintained. I was working in the area and it was a lovely homely place to come back to after a long day at work. It had a lovely log burner in the lounge area which was lovely and cosy while watching the tv. Its location would also make a great place to explore the local area. Ideal for a single traveler or a couple. Would definitely recommend. In fact tried to get in for the following week but was booked up.
