Surrounded by acres of open fields and woodland this delightful apartment is perfectly placed to discover the majestic Marches (the historic borderlands between England and Wales) or explore the rest of North Wales the coast line, mountains towns and villages.

Surrounded by acres of open fields and woodland, just a few minutes from the peaceful villages of Caerwys and Babell, Miller's retreat is a wonderfully idyllic base for your next escape to the country. There is plenty to see and do in the area, from walking the Offa's Dyke Path to horse riding on the beach at Talacre or exploring the historic castles at Denbigh, Rhuddlan and Flint. Visit St Winifred's Well in nearby Holywell or venture a little further out and discover that not only the whole of the North Wales coast and Anglesey is easily accessible to you, but turn inland and the splendour of Snowdonia or the mysteries of the Marches await your discovery. On the same site as The Olde Threshing Barn if you have friends who would like to join you. Short breaks are accepted in both properties throughout the year.

This spacious, one bedroom apartment is laid out all on the ground floor. The accommodation consists of a wide entrance hall which leads into the beautiful lounge diner with open fire and French doors out to a small, private, outdoor deck with garden furniture, ideal for morning coffee in the fresh air or an evening barbeque as the sun sets. The bedroom has a sumptuous super king-size bed, with plenty of hanging space for your clothes. The kitchen is modern, fully fitted, and has a country styling and the bathroom has both bath and separate shower. There is one step internally. Lovely countryside views from the surrounding fields and woodland with the occasional horse to say hello to.

Facilities include: full central heating, washer dryer, microwave, fridge with ice box, TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi internet access and patio set and barbeque for use on the decking, open fire in the lounge.

Bedlinen and towels are provided, heating and electricity are included in the tariff. This no smoking property is un-suitable for infants and children and sorry, no dogs are allowed.
