Guests say

Ty Copr Perlog is a well-received holiday rental with guests praising its cleanliness, modern decor, and thoughtful touches. The property's location is appreciated for its proximity to the beach, local amenities, and scenic views, despite occasional comments about nearby train noise and construction activity. Comfort is highlighted with mentions of super comfortable beds and a well-equipped games room. While most reviews are positive, a few guests experienced maintenance issues, but these seem to be exceptions rather than the norm.

The majority of guests have found the property to be spotlessly clean, with only a single report of a leak, suggesting an isolated incident rather than a trend.

The location is generally praised for its convenience to the beach, high street, and scenic views. However, some guests noted the proximity to the train station and construction activity as minor drawbacks.

Guests consistently mention the property's comfort, particularly the quality of the beds and bedding, as well as the spacious and well-laid-out design.

Facilities are highly regarded, especially the well-equipped kitchen and games room. A few maintenance issues such as a non-working dishwasher and overdue sprinkler system test were noted, but these appear to be exceptions.

Many guests have expressed appreciation for the thoughtful touches, such as welcome packs and blankets for the balcony. While gifts are mentioned, it is important to note that such extras are subject to change and not guaranteed.

We enjoyed the balcony a lot and the views especially from the top floor bedroom were a real treat. The property is well-equipped, comfortable, spacious and secure. It's really well located - 10 minutes to the beach and 5 minutes to the High Street. Very handy for the train station and the trains are few and quiet and don't disturb things at all. A really comfortable lovely property.

Ideal layout for multigenerational occupation. Everything in excellent condition and every possible requirement catered for. Superb games room, sheltered patio with garden furniture and gas barbecue. Lovely balcony. Stunning views from top floor bedroom. You would struggle to find anywhere better for the price in the area.

It’s the best property we’ve ever stayed in. It was extremely comfortable especially the super king bed and the sofa. Well appointed and had everything you would ever need. The location was ideal with everything close by. We enjoyed some lovely walks by the beach and around Criccieth. Also lots of beautiful beaches within striking distance. Enjoyed seeing the seals in the sea most days. Definitely worth 5 stars and a return visit soon.
