For a more exhilarating walk, the Coastal Path behind leads up the headland to the Tin Man who watches over the picturesque bay. Close by lie the seaside village of Abersoch and the market town of Pwllheli. Sublime location but unfortunately the property is now being hired out with significant basic maintenance and cleanliness issues. The owner has been informed of these issues, but it remains to be seen if the necessary remedial actions will be taken to bring the Boathouse back to justifying its 5* pricing. Such a shame.
