Guests say

Guests have consistently praised the property for its ideal location, stunning views, and high-quality interiors. The proximity to beaches and walking paths is appreciated, as is the comfortable and clean accommodation. Some guests noted the property's suitability for less mobile individuals due to stairs and a slope from the car park.

The property is described as clean and fresh, indicating a high standard of cleanliness that guests are satisfied with.

The location is highly praised for its easy access to beaches, walks, and beautiful views, making it an ideal spot for a holiday.

Guests found the property comfortable, with ample space and a pleasant atmosphere, although some noted that the pillows and duvets could be updated.

Facilities are generally well-received, with a well-equipped property and enjoyable balconies. However, some confusion with the cooker and the absence of books and games slightly affected the score.

There is no mention of gifts or extra thoughtful touches in the reviews, so it is not possible to assess this category.

This accommodation is in a peaceful location. Well equipped, comfortable with incredible views. Beware of the bank from the car park to the property. It isn’t mentioned, but if you have any mobility issues you need to know.

We have just returned from a lovely week at 16 Glyn y Marian. The views from the balcony were amazing and we spent happy hours in the evening, with a glass of wine in hand, identifying all the different mountains we could see. Only two of us there this week so we had more than enough room. Everywhere was clean and fresh and comfortable. We never used the TV so cannot comment on that. The cooker top caused us some confusion at the start but we managed to cook lovely meals on it. It was good to be so close to the beach (but sad that the weather proved too cool for much sitting about on it) and there were some lovely coast path and headland walks straight from the door. There is a bit of a trek up a slope from the car to the house and also, the house being upside down, there are stairs to consider - so it would not be ideal for less mobile people. And it was the first property I have been to where there was not a pile of books, games and jigsaws there. But we loved it and certainly hope to return.

We booked the cottage along with the cottage next door owned by another person to bring our familytogether to celebrate our Golden Wedding so it was all very good the facilities at the cottage were ideal and the balconies being adjacent and having the barbecue were fantastic. The location was ideal and local amenities good. Pillows and duvets a little past tgeir sell by dates but everything else excellent.
