Guests have praised the property for its high standard refurbishment, modern conveniences, and excellent location that combines tranquillity with easy access to local amenities and attractions. The open plan living space with a balcony is particularly appreciated by families. While some minor issues were noted, the overall experience is very positive, with many guests keen to return.
The property is generally well-regarded for cleanliness. However, there was a mention of an unpleasant smell in a wardrobe and a minor issue with a leaking toilet cistern, which suggests room for improvement in this area.
The location is highly praised for being quiet yet central, with easy access to the beach, local shops, and nearby towns. The proximity to various activities and the convenience of parking add to the appeal.
The property offers a comfortable stay, though there is a comment about the main bed being too small and the sofa not accommodating enough for five people, indicating that while generally comfortable, the seating arrangements could be better.
Facilities are well-received with a well-equipped kitchen and the rarity of having three single beds in one room. However, there were minor niggles such as a faulty tin opener and the absence of a freezer, alongside a maintenance issue with the toilet.
While a welcome hamper was mentioned and appreciated in other properties, there is no direct reference to such gestures at this property. Therefore, it cannot be confirmed if thoughtfulness in the form of gifts is a consistent practice here.

Mr Jones
Really nice cottage. Nice location and very quiet. Ideal for the two of us.
Ms Read
We had a lovely time in a beautiful location. It is very close to the beach, a great art gallery and walks. The cafe by the beach is great for food and drinks on a hot or rainy day. The local pub is ok for a drink but the food is not great, however, Abersoch and the local area have better food places (if you can get a table!). We know the area well and only used the cottage as a base, but it was a great cottage to stay in and easy to get around the Llyn Peninsula. Nice to have easy parking as well. The beach can become very busy with people building beach tents/windbreak encampments which could put some off, but it is great for children and dogs. Llanbedrog is a very beautiful place, there are also stunning views of the Snowdonia mountains from the cottage balcony. I would stay again.
Mr Collingwood
Lovely property. Easy to find. Close to beach and beach bar/restaurant. Also pub and local shop within walking distance. Short drive to Abersoch and pwllheli. Would definitely stay again
