Up on the first floor awaits the heart of the home, where a vibrant lounge offers relaxation thanks to its soft sofas arranged around a crackling wood burner, a Smart TV, and a large bay window with peaceful views. The vistas can also be enjoyed from the vibrant dining area where a traditional table and chairs invite social meals cooked up in the well-equipped kitchen nearby. Throw open the French doors when dining to allow the salty sea air to flow in.
Outside, there is a lawn surrounding the side and rear of the property where little ones and the dog can play. The garden features an enclosed patio area with outdoor furniture that beckons al fresco breakfasts and dinners, as does the first-floor’s glass-fronted balcony with its BBQ and impressive views.
