Guests are highly satisfied with 2 Pensyflog Barns, praising its luxurious feel, quality furnishings, and thoughtful touches. The property's location is ideal for exploring North Wales, with easy access to local amenities and attractions. The accommodation is well-equipped, offering modern conveniences and a comfortable stay, although a few guests noted the absence of a washing machine and minor maintenance issues. The welcome gifts were particularly appreciated, enhancing the overall experience.
The property consistently receives high praise for its cleanliness, with guests describing it as immaculate and well-maintained. There was a minor note about a freshly mowed lawn affecting a pet, but this does not detract significantly from the overall perception of cleanliness.
The location is highly regarded for its proximity to Porthmadog, accessibility to local shops, restaurants, and attractions, as well as being a great base for exploring Snowdonia. The quiet yet central setting is frequently mentioned as a positive aspect.
Comfort is highlighted with mentions of comfy beds and spacious rooms. However, there were comments about the suitability of the twin room for adults and a noisy bed frame in the main bedroom, which slightly affected the comfort score.
Facilities are generally well-received, with modern amenities and a well-equipped kitchen. However, the absence of a washing machine and minor issues like a loose toilet seat and the need for a shaver socket have been noted, leading to a slightly lower score.
The thoughtfulness of the hosts is evident from the welcome gifts and the provision of local recommendations. While the gifts are greatly appreciated, it should be noted that such personal touches, although common, are not guaranteed for every stay.

The home is super spacious, clean, modern and the views are amazing. Itâs only a short walk into the centre of Porthmadog from the accommodation which is tucked away in a quiet corner, the perfect location. We all slept very well in the house, there was everything you could need there too. We will definitely return next year but this time for a longer stay! Thank you to Mark and Jo for the recommendations of local places to eat, we had some beautiful meals. Thank you also for the welcome pack which was very much appreciated! All round wonderful stay.

The area is quiet and yet not far from the center. We had a pleasant stay.
