Guests say

Guests consistently praise the cottage for its spaciousness, cleanliness, and beautiful setting. The property is well-equipped, offering stunning views and a comfortable stay. It is well-decorated and provides ample outdoor space. The location is appreciated for its proximity to beaches and local attractions. A welcome basket adds a thoughtful touch, enhancing the overall experience.

The property is frequently described as clean and tidy, with no negative comments on cleanliness, indicating a high standard maintained throughout.

The location is praised for its quiet countryside setting with easy access to shops, beaches, and attractions like Snowdonia, contributing to a positive experience.

Comfort is highlighted with mentions of comfy beds and spacious lounges. However, there are minor concerns about bed sizes and a small upstairs shower, slightly affecting the score.

Facilities are generally well-regarded, including the provision of Netflix and a well-equipped kitchen. Some minor maintenance issues and difficulties with TV operation have been noted.

While guests mention a welcome basket filled with treats, there is insufficient information to determine if such thoughtfulness is consistent across all stays, so it is politely noted that such amenities are not guaranteed.

" The property was of a very high standard. It was a property which lived up to our expectations as described on the site. It was spotlessly clean, comfortable and perfect for the needs of our family group. The beds were to die for and the views were outstanding. Absolutely everything you can think of is available at the cottage. The owner Dave is very accommodating. We will 100% be booking again.

For safety reasons, I suggest turning right out of the drive and taking the longer route onto the main road. Turning left means you are entering onto a 60 mph road without having a clear view to the right.

Lovely big rooms and garden. Very clean. Everything you need in the kitchen just couldn't see the numbers on the hob. Spent the evenings around the kitchen table. Shame we didn't get the weather. Just 2 nice days.but didn't keep us in. Lovely beaches not too far And foot golf 5 minute's away. Just 1 hand towel and bath towel each. We took spare. Beds very comfy and grandchildren enjoyed the blue lights on the bath. We would definitely come back. Thank you for the lovely hamper. Asda did our shopping delivery. Plenty of space for everyone Lovely views Great holiday home
