The small village of Pandy is situated just inside the Bannau Brycheiniog National Park (Brecon Beacons), one mile from the Welsh/English border. Pandy has two pubs and two hotels and both the Offas Dyke Path and Marshes Way pass through the village. Just six miles away is the lovely market town of Abergavenny. Abergavenny consists of a castle with its own museum, churches, an indoor market hall, shops, pubs and restaurants.

The addition of the front porch was brilliant for cleaning muddy paws before entering the house! It is worth mentioning that a railway line lies at the back of the property which can be a little noisy on a weekday, and the property also is on a slip lane off a main road.
