For keen cyclists, there is access onto the National Cycle trail nearby (routes 32 and 42) along with plenty of local mountain biking opportunities. Other nearby attractions include Forest of Dean (12 miles) for nature reserves and high wire adventures, River Wye (9 miles) for kayaking and paddleboarding, and the famous Brecon Beacons National Park (12 miles). The property is conveniently located just 7.5 miles from Monmouth and 8.5 miles from Abergavenny, both offering a range of local shops, restaurants, and cafes. On arrival to this charming van conversion, take a moment to appreciate the breathtaking countryside views that are yours for the duration of your stay. Step through the gate and up onto the scenic terrace before heading inside to uncover a peaceful, open plan living space that combines the kitchen, diner, and bedroom. At the end of each busy day away, enjoy a good night s sleep in the cosy double bed, and start each day with a rejuvenating shower in the well appointed shower room which completes the interior. Outside, there is an enclosed terrace with an open aspect across the countryside. There is a fire pit available for use in the adjoining field for toasting marshmallows whilst stargazing or marvelling at the fantastic view, along with table and chairs for al fresco breakfasts and dinners. Fire pit available for use in adjoining field with fabulous views. Storage for bikes. Private parking for 1 car. Stabling and menage available by arrangement with the owner. Please note there is no TV in the property. Pub and shops 4 miles. Please note there is cctv that covers the driveway into the farm yard, along with the farm barns that are behind the property, but the property itself is not covered by cctv.
