Neverndale is a well-received cottage in Newport, praised for its cleanliness, superb location, and comfortable amenities. Guests appreciate the modern facilities, stunning views, and the property's proximity to the coastal path and local amenities. The garden and secure space for pets are also highlights, alongside the well-equipped kitchen and additional touches like games and puzzles for children.
Guests consistently note the property as spotless and tidy, indicating high standards of cleanliness. One mention of the front needing a sweep slightly impacts the score.
The location is frequently described as beautiful and perfect, with easy access to the coastal path and local shops. The panoramic views are a recurring positive aspect.
The property is generally found to be comfortable and roomy, with a cosy atmosphere once warmed up. Some guests found the beds firm and the double beds narrow, but overall the comfort level is high.
Facilities are modern and well-equipped, though some guests experienced minor issues with the dishwasher and heating control. The lack of power outlets for charging devices and difficulty with the DVD player are noted.
While guests appreciate the toys, games, and secure garden, there is no mention of gifts or welcome packs to assess the level of thoughtfulness. Therefore, this score cannot be provided.

There were 6 of us plus one dog and we had plenty of room. Lovely bath on the first floor and en-suite on top floor. Excellent views throughout the whole house. Excellent location, 10 min walk to the town and local pubs and cafes. Has everything you need.

The house is directly opposite the footpath and minutes away from the town centre of Newport, where there are shops to cover your everyday needs. No need to use the car if you do not want to, as there is plenty of walking from your door step. We paid the Bluestone Brewery a visit. The staff were delightful and helpful. When we had a query, the owners were easy to get hold of and quick to reply. We would definitely stay in this beautiful house again.

We did have some issues with the dishwasher but we always got it going eventually. It is the perfect summer escape. The dog loved his walks on the salt marsh and went into decline when he got home. I missed it too. A home away from home. Thank you.
