Enjoying spectacular views from its sunny, south-facing balcony, and safe, enclosed rear garden, Ol Tywydd is a comfortable and spacious holiday home in the beautiful sea-side village of Broad Haven. Located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, the house is just a stone’s throw from Broad Haven’s beautiful Blue Flag sandy beach, popular with families and water sports enthusiasts all year round. A short 200m stroll takes you to the village’s shop, pub, beach front cafés, bars and restaurants. Ideally located in the Pembrokeshire National Park, nature lovers will enjoy walks on the coastal footpath straight from the front door. Walk at low tide to picturesque Little Haven, less than a mile away, or head north along the coast to the stunning 2-mile-long surfing beach at Newgale (8 miles), the art galleries and pretty harbour at Solva (12 miles), or Britain's smallest city, St Davids (15 miles) with its magnificent cathedral. The town of Haverfordwest, with farmers’ market, supermarkets and shops, is only 6 miles away.
This modern townhouse has a lovely light-filled, open plan living space on the first floor, making the most of the stunning views over the nature reserve and Broad Haven beach. The lounge area features two comfortable leather sofas and an armchair, and smart television with Roku streaming bar, DVD player, and plenty of books and boardgames to enjoy. There are French doors leading out onto your own private balcony with glass balustrade, complete with bistro set to sit, relax and enjoy the wonderful sea views and sunsets, for which Broad Haven is famous. The kitchen and dining area has been well equipped with everything you need for your holiday. Head up the stairs to the roomy first-floor master bedroom, complete with double bed, en-suite shower room, and smart TV. Enjoy waking up to the sound of the sea! Downstairs on the ground floor, you’ll find two comfortable bedrooms, both twin rooms, with plenty of cupboard space. The larger of the bedrooms has sea views and leads out into the garden. There is ample storage for shoes, coats and wetsuits in the hallway. The family bathroom is also on the ground floor, with a shower over the bath, sink and WC.
To the rear is a delightful fully enclosed garden with outdoor table, chairs and benches, and paved and decorative gravel areas. Enjoy dining al fresco or a drink in the sun and taking in the breath-taking sea views. The garden also benefits from direct side access and an outdoor tap to wash off after a day at the beach.
