For the four of us, one being our 2 year old grandson, the property gave him such fun with his racing cars, the flooring being ideal. Its spacious, very clean with all the amenities. The owners were very welcoming and tea/coffee and cake waiting for us on our arrival. Plenty to do either walking (stunning scenery around) visiting Devils Bridge, Aberystwyth or the Butterfly House. We would definitely recommend this venue
