Snaptrip says

Guests have had a delightful experience at New Peny, praising its cleanliness, spaciousness, and the private garden. The hot tub is a highlight, with many finding it spotlessly clean and a joy to use. The property's location is appreciated for its tranquillity and proximity to scenic walks and a local pub. Comfort levels are high, with comfortable beds and a well-equipped kitchen. While there's a mention of a thoughtful welcome package, it's noted that such gestures are a pleasant surprise rather than an expectation.

Guests that stayed at this property said

The majority of guests have commended the property for its cleanliness, mentioning it was spotless and well-maintained. There was, however, a single mention of a cleanliness issue which seems to be an isolated incident, hence the high score.

The property's location in Llandrindod Wells is highly regarded for its beauty and convenience, with easy access to local amenities and attractions. A few guests noted the road can be busy, but overall the location is seen as a positive aspect.

Guests have found the property to be very comfortable, with special mentions of the comfortable beds and the spaciousness of the rooms. There were a few minor comments about heating and water temperature, but these do not significantly impact the overall high comfort level experienced by guests.

Facilities are generally praised, especially the hot tub and well-equipped kitchen. However, there were some concerns about maintenance issues such as hot tub cleanliness and heating controls, which slightly lower the score.

While guests have mentioned receiving a welcome package, there are not enough reviews referencing consistent thoughtfulness in terms of gifts or extra touches to accurately score this category. It is important to note that such gifts are a bonus and not guaranteed.

Home from home everything you needed. Lovely gifts left- eggs, crisps, biscuits. All essentials were in the kitchen. The hottub was marvellous and enough towels. Lovely pub across the road that does food and dog friendly. We ordered Chinese takeaway delivery to the property. Jane was lovely and invited us to go 2hrs earlier for check in and the communication was great. Would definitely book again all the family had a great break.

Beds were very comfy, lots of towels, lots of utensils and crockery. Very much a home from home feel. Children loved the hot tub which was large and under cover. Quiet location despite being next to a road. Pub is directly opposite and lovely, we ate Sunday lunch there, it was delicious. We spent Saturday in Llandrindod Wells, the lake is worth a visit and the high street was full of independent shops, really nice to see. Only slight downside was the cleanliness of the bungalow, hair/fluff/debris in the kitchen drawers and cupboards in particular. There is a hoover at the property so I ended up hoovering the cutlery drawer and wiping down kitchen surfaces. Similar issue in bathroom and shower room. Once cleaned we could enjoy the rest of our stay. Would definitely return in future.
