Guests say

Guests have praised the cottage's tranquil and picturesque setting, ideal for walking and relaxation, with a secure garden for pets. The personal touches from the owner and the cosy atmosphere, especially with the wood burner lit, are frequently mentioned. While some guests noted issues with cleanliness and maintenance, the majority found the cottage comfortable and the location perfect for exploring North Wales.

Most guests found the cottage to be comfortable and tidy, though there were a few mentions of cleanliness issues such as cobwebs and grease around the cookerhood. These seem to be isolated incidents rather than a general trend.

The location is highly praised for its beauty, tranquillity, and convenience for local walks and attractions. It is described as secluded yet accessible, with stunning scenery and wildlife, making it a highlight for many guests.

Guests generally found the beds comfortable and the cottage cosy, particularly with the log burner in use. However, some noted that additional heating may be required during colder months, and the living area could be chilly without the wood burner.

The cottage is well-equipped for a holiday stay, with a secure garden, good Wi-Fi, and a wood burner. Some guests suggested minor improvements, such as an outdoor lamp and an upgrade to the shower, but overall the facilities met guests' needs.

The welcome pack, including Welsh cakes and real milk, was appreciated by guests, indicating a level of thoughtfulness from the owner. However, it should be noted that such gifts are a kind gesture and may not be guaranteed for every stay.

The cottage was cosy and so peaceful, the views were amazing. The beds and sofa were comfy. The garden was ideal for our dog, Miss Piggy, she loved walking along the lane too which was lovely and quiet. Thank you for the milk and welsh cakes, they were a treat after a long drive. We will definitely be back.
