Located above a parade of shops, cafes and takeaways and overlooking the village green and railway station, this spacious, Grade II listed cottage apartment is ideal for families and groups of friends looking for homely, comfortable accommodation in a great, central location. This apartment sleeps eight people in four bedrooms, with two doubles and two twins, and offers a fully fitted, well-equipped kitchen, with the sitting room and dining area forming the hub of the home, allowing you to socialise and enjoy a meal with your friends and family. The apartment has the added bonus of a large, first floor balcony with decked area and seating, where you can sit out on a summer's evening with a refreshing drink and watch the world go by, perhaps after an energetic day walking in Snowdonia. There is a car park opposite and all the village amenities are on your doorstep with numerous pubs, wine bars, coffee shops and restaurants to choose from. For the outdoor enthusiast there are activities in abundance, including white water rafting, climbing and mountain biking, while the lovely towns of Conwy and Llandudno are within easy reach. This is a superb apartment, that you will want to return to time and again.

5) and they loved every minute of it! Very well located with decent amenities, shops, restaurants and takeaways all close by. Easy access to trains and buses to venture further afield and visit family. We were traveling without a car this time and, despite some stormy weather, we were still easily able to get about. A few teething problems early on with hot water but the owners were instantly available to help see us through (despite being away themselves). We will definitely return. The spacious flat itself is well equipped and feels like a home from home. Kay, the owner, is very good with correspondence and quick to reply to emails. The location of the flat is just perfect for families or groups as it caters to different interests. There are great dining out opportunities in the village, plenty of shops to browse and walks for all abilities on the doorstep. The teenagers were able to catch the train to other places without relying on taxi driving parents, an added bonus! We will be back again in the future.
