Dinas Noddfa is highly praised for its stunning views, cleanliness, and comfortable amenities. Guests appreciate the well-equipped house, the picturesque location by the lake, and the proximity to walking trails and attractions. The spacious rooms with ensuites, the well-furnished kitchen, and the thoughtful touches like cake and fresh flowers are frequently mentioned. While some minor maintenance issues and suggestions for improvement are noted, the overall sentiment is overwhelmingly positive, with many guests eager to return.
The property is consistently described as clean and tidy, with several reviews highlighting its spotlessness. However, a few guests mentioned issues with window cleanliness and minor housekeeping oversights, slightly affecting the score.
The location receives high acclaim for its beautiful scenery and proximity to local attractions and walks. The views over Llyn Dinas and the ease of access to Snowdonia's trails contribute to the high score, despite minor comments about road noise.
Guests find the property comfortable, with special mentions of the spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and ensuites. Some guests suggested improvements in furniture comfort, such as the sofa and outdoor seating, which slightly impacts the score.
The house is praised for its well-equipped kitchen, ample bathrooms, and the convenience of ensuites in every bedroom. However, comments about the lack of mobile reception, the need for better Wi-Fi coverage, and some desired additions like outdoor furniture and a BBQ lead to a slightly lower score.
While guests appreciate the thoughtful gestures such as cake, milk, and fresh flowers upon arrival, there are not enough reviews explicitly mentioning these to guarantee that such gifts are provided consistently. Therefore, the score is set to null.

Beautiful views across the lake. The house is in a fantastic position for views. A beautifully decorated property with all the equipment you need. The grounds outside the property are well maintained and lovely to walk around.

The photos don't do it justice. The views are something you never get tired of. The walks around the lake are stunning. We had the best time here. We never used the dining room as you couldn't beat the view from the kitchen....we thought this room would be better used as another bedroom or a games room or something?! Just a suggestion, maybe other guests used it. Will definitely come back of we get chance. Amazing place

Well appointed and had everything we needed. A short drive to Beddgelert which is just beautiful - kids loved the ice cream shop there, we had a lovely meal at Bistro Hebog and enjoyed our walks up the river. Would happily recommend and will miss those views over the lake
