What our customers say about their holidays

    • Mrs Isaac - Verified booking

The apartment is light and airy with amazing views. The bedrooms are nicely decorated with mirrored wardrobes that reflect the beautiful views. The kitchen is well equipped. The key safe has the number of the apartment, not original cottages sticker as in the instructions. We were also given the wrong key code but on ringing the help number a very pleasant lady soon provided us with the correct number. The parking space was tricky to find but basically follow the one way system around and around until you reach the lowest floor. Once parked you don't need to take your car out again. There are several buses leaving frequently from outside McDonald's. Just £2 and will take cash and contactless. The no7 takes you into Brighton, the Lanes, sea front, Pavilion, main shops and train station. Plenty of restaurants on the Marina itself.

This is an immaculate, comfortable and very well equipped property.

It is tucked away and extremely quiet despite being in Seaford itself. The owners are very helpful and eager to make sure your stay is perfect. If you are not intending to use the washing machine it may be advisable to bring some spare towels - although a set are provided. We were able to park on the road virtually outside the property. There is a Tesco store five minutes walk away and the town centre with a Morrisons only a few minutes further. The buses are frequent and it is a beautiful ride through the downs to the Seven Sisters Country Park and Eastbourne. We highly recommend this property and will stay here every time we visit the area.

Our apartment was great. We felt good. It was clean, convenient, modern and we had everything we needed. The rooms were clean, the facilities without complaint. The bathrooms are modern and comfortable. All together - TOP! The location perfect for trips in all directions. We had the bus stop in front of the door or we could drive off at any time. Shopping was also possible on foot and restaurants/pubs right outside the front door. We recommend the apartment unreservedly. Thank you very much!

The station is easy 10.min walk and you have friendly staff there that are happy to give directions and also some pointers of what to visit. Seaford is a very friendly little place. The cottage is very clean and well equipped the garden area is quiet and peaceful as is the area of the cottage. We had no problem with the parking there was always a space We will definetly be going back next year and will rexommend to frienda.ans family.

The lift was not working for about 4 hours, as the apartment is on the 8th floor this was a short term problem. It was reported to the original cottages office and they were excellent and kept us up to date with what was happening. Early in our stay the kettle broke, it was replaced within hours of reporting. All the staff I dealt with were very pleasant and helpful although it was impossible to speak to anyone at the local office.
