What our customers say about their holidays

    • Ms Sanders - Verified booking

Comfortable spacious 2 bedroom traditional accommodation. Easy walk to the beach and about 15 minutes walk to Brighton centre (or lots of buses along the main road if you don't fancy the walk). Plenty of restaurants, bars and pubs around, and food shops very close by. Our hosts were friendly and helpful and provided a welcome tray of goodies for a cuppa when we arrived. Off street parking by arrangement was very helpful - Brighton parking can be a nightmare so this was much appreciated.

    • Mr Honeysett - Verified booking

We'd never stayed in Brighton before and really appreciated the location of Coachman's Flat - within easy reach of sea front and town, yet tucked away from all the bustle. The Flat itself was clean, comfortable and surprisingly spacious. We really enjoyed our stay and very much appreciated the the friendly welcome from our hosts, as well as their tips about some good local shops. Star feature is the parking outside: worth its weight in gold in busy, crowded Brighton! Recommended.

    • Mrs Greaves - Verified booking

We really enjoyed our stay at The Coachman's Flat. The location was fantastic, 100m from the beach, 200m from Western Road full of great shops & restaurants. Lovely community with friendly residents, including a female fox who visits every night! Wonderful to see! The owners, Sheila & David live below & are very friendly & there if you need them. Great spot to come back to after busy days exploring Brighton & the surrounding area. Thoroughly recommended.

A return visit to the Coachman's flat left me feeling like I had come home. It is as lovely as I remember. We received a warm welcome from David and Sheila. The flat was in the perfect location for my early morning runs as well as daily visits to Brighton and evening BBQs on the beach. Loved every minute and look forward to returning next year.
