Absolutely fantastic! Beautiful cottage hidden away! Private and quiet, garden space was perfect for our children - enclosed and safe. Property was very well equipped with everything we needed and more, extremely clean and the welcome basket was a real personal touch and very welcoming.. thank you! Loved the rainforest shower a very nice touch. Over all a beautiful traditional Welsh cottage with modern twists. Owners were outstanding hosts, extremely friendly and welcoming. We had logs, kindling and matches left for the wonderful log burner in the sitting room which was very cosy at night time. Three well spaced rooms with plenty of storage for clothes and blankets. Spacious kitchen with room for five people around the table, nice added extra of a smart TV and modern appliances. Local amenities ( especially with children ) was perfect, lots to do and see, if you have children - would recommend the Moody Cow play barn 16 minutes away, fantasy farm and Aberaeron beach within 20 minutes. Overall - fabulous property and we will be returning for sure. 5 Stars!!

Excellent, comfortable and spacious cottage, carefully renovated by the friendly owners. Lots of personal touches, all the essentials done to a high standard but with a homely feel. Upstairs bedrooms had views west over the pretty garden to the sea beyond. Lots of interesting places to visit on the doorstep or within 20 mins drive. Fantasy farm park easy walking distance for those with young children. Cottage is surrounded by a working farm but very peaceful and quiet. Hosts extremely welcoming and helpful. Tip: It gets proper dark at night (a good thing). We took plug in nightlights for bedroom and top of stairs, which were helpful. We'll be back sometime if we can afford it. Worth every penny this year but we took advantage of a discounted week at the beginning of the summer holidays. (Our jobs and our teenager still in full-time education mean we are restricted to school holidays for breaks.) Big thanks to the cottage owners Rhodri and Meleri, for making us so welcome. Diolch!

The description on the website was a bit over the top and inaccurate and this was pointed out to the sales advisor(online chat).
It is still incorrect (8/9/18) The number and size of beds in the description is not correct. Eg "Sumptuous King Size " and "twin room" when in fact both had the same size double bed. This is not to detract from the house itself - it exceeded our expectations! The house itself was very comfortable, newly refurbished and had all the facilities we needed. The upstairs was very comfortable with thick carpets, modern bathrooms and plenty of towels. The kitchen was well equipped with modern appliances and things like dishwasher tablets and cleaning products provided which is not always the case. The owner was very helpful. The location was perfect - we could walk into Aberaeron within a few minutes where we could find shops, cafes, restaurants and the harbour. There was also a quiet riverside walk in the other direction, and two parks within walking distance nearby with childens' play equipment, Parking wasn't a problem as the road was fairly quiet.

Lovely big and well equipped house, all beds were comfortable and having so many options for washing/bathing was a bonus with lots of people staying in the house. The kitchen was well equipped, maybe just 1 more baking tray would be useful. Lots of board games in the house to use, which came in handy during our stay. The location was great, so close to the beach, lots of walks were enjoyed by everyone. A friendly town, with many local shops, where you could buy everything you needed for your stay. The outside utility room was bonus, meaning we could do some laundry whilst we were away- no one enjoys the big pile of washing when they get home. Overall a very reasonably priced property that we would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Amazing property in a brilliant location. We couldn’t have asked for anything better. Loads of space for 6 adults and 2 infants. Everything we needed was provided. It’s modern, spacious and comfortable, set in the heart of the town. Was a bit worried about needing to park three cars on the street however there were always spaces. If the owners had let us know when bin men were due we would have put bins out but as it was the bin men as bin full on arrival as was bottle container. Not a problem for us though as it’s at the bottom of a large garden and we added our own black bags to the collection! We would definitely recommend it and if in the area again I would certainly book this property.
