What our customers say about their holidays

    • Leanne - Verified booking

The house was much better than expected.

we have stayed in a number of large houses with our 3 generations family of 8 - but this was by far the nicest, cleanest and in the best location. The house was spotless and everything was very new and the renovation was carried out to a very high standard. there was every item you could possibly need in the house too, no detail was missed. the beds were comfy, the electronics supplied were great, the furnishing were of a high standard, the bathrooms in great condition and no water pressure issues. the only thing we had a slight issue with was getting wifi reception in the living room - not sure if it was the thick walls or the tv location, but everywhere else in the house it was fine. it is very central, within easy walking distance to the each, restaurants, shops, bars, and all the activities available in Llandudno. We always got parked outside the house or within a few meters. there is lots of room for large groups /families, the house is much bigger than the photos appear. the orangery is beautiful addition and such a nice place for breakfast. the garden area is lovely if you get the weather to eat alfresco. We would not hesitate to recommend and hope to return one day soon.

Bay View house was a pleasure to stay in, it was extremely clean and very well equipt, it was home from home for us.

Thank you for the goodies you left us, it was great to be able to have a cuppa and cake on arrival just what was needed. The furniture was clean and comfortable and well maintained the owners should be very proud. The views over the bay were amazing and it was a pleasure to sit out side and enjoy the great weather. The bus service was better than home we were able to get around without driving everywhere. The village had all the shops and resturants needed, Alex`s fish bar is recommended, good food and not over priced, Kens kitchen chinese take away is good value and the portions are huge far too much for one person. Sian was avilable if needed and was helpful with my query regarding the dishwasher thanks Sian. I would definitely stay again and would obviously recommend to anyone. One recommendation would be a hand rail in the shower cubicle otherwise everything was perfect.

This was our 2nd stay at Charnwood Villa.

The house does not disappoint. It is well positioned for easy access to Llandudno centre and front. The house is well maintained and beautifully presented with a light and airy feel. Lovely outdoor area. Despite the owners efforts providing boosters etc, consistent WiFi signal can be tricky on the top floor. It's an ideal property for a large group; though if every bed is taken bathroom time just needs a bit of thought (4 Toilets and 3 Showers should be enough). The road is generally quiet but sometimes gets a little busy for parking; however we nearly always managed to secure a spot very near the house. We all loved our time at Charnwood and would certainly recommend / stay again.

Ideally situated town house that suited our 3x family party very well.

The older children really enjoying easy access to the amusement arcades! The house was beautifully clean and welcoming. No problems encountered at all. We were a little concerned re having three vehicles to park nearby. We had no problems. Thank you for being available to answer questions. Very friendly and reassuring. We would definitely return and gave recommended the property and agency to our friends and family. Thank you very much indeed. Best wishes. Lindsay Beedles. X

      Wow what a place.

Excellent location with a lovely view of the Orm and cable cars from the back garden which I wasn't expecting. Eleven of us stayed for the weekend and with so many bathrooms we still had the privacy you'd get from a hotel but the fun of all being together. This house is first class and in such a lovely quiet street which is closer to the beach front than we expected. We have made unforgettable memories this weekend for my mum's 80th birthday a weekend we will never forget.
