We could only come Monday to Friday but had a wonderful time.

The cottage is perfect to get straight up on the Moors or cycle down the road and you're right onto Drakes Cycle Trail. We spent three days cycling the trail as there was so much history to learn about and a few too many pubs along the way. It's also within easy reach of Plymouth if you need city life. No problems at all with the cottage facilities or cleanliness and although it is a bit big for just the two of us (left booking a bit late) we wouldn't hesitate to return.

Church Hill Cottage was comfortable and well equipped.

It is located in an ideal location for easy access to Tavistock and Dartmoor. Situated directly opposite the Whitchurch Inn, which is a very good country pub with a great atmosphere, providing excellent food, especially a fine Sunday roast. Off road parking space at the cottage was an added bonus, as were the very comfortable beds and the log burning stove, which kept the cottage warm during an extremely cold and wet week. We hope to return in the future. Many thanks.

Absolutely lovely cottage to stay in.

.. everything spotlessly clean, modern comfortable furnishings, nice little courtyard style garden to sit out in... positioned well for visiting both the corrnish and Devon coastline (both took aapprox an hour to reach by car) Would definitely recommend to anyone considering this as an option for their holiday!

This property has been superbly renovated.

Superior craftsmanship & materials combined with good taste. Everything works as it should. Excellent. The only problem is beyond your control. The parked cars in the road by the parking area make getting in and out dangerous by obscuring the view in both directions. We found this difficult.
