What our customers say about their holidays

    • Samantha - Verified booking

A really comfortable, family friendly spot in a really convenient location.

Loads of outdoor space for the kids to run around. Neighbours far enough not to worry about noise. The cottage had everything we needed except sharp knives, so definitely bring your own. The property also has a indoor play room for little ones and a games room with air hockey, pool table and a football table. There is a tennis court and squash court available which we wish we knew about so we could bring our racquets. The main bedroom has a sleigh bed so if you're tall you ain't sleeping next to your wife. My husband had to sleep in another room. The cottage was clean and cozy. Val was a very generous host and we would recommend it to anyone.

We were happy with the cabin and its location close to many local sites.

It was clean, had a good little kitchen and lots of information about local thins to see and do. Only issues we had were with low water pressure in the shower, and the dryer at the camp was out of order.

Loved this holiday home set in secluded peaceful surroundings.

Not far from places to visit as recommended by our host who was very helpful. Would highly recommend this lodge as it had everything we needed and we would definitely stay again. Sharon .
