      We had a lovely holiday ty for the kind borrow of your lodge the lodge was lovely and clean we also met the cleaner lovely polite young lady the lodge had everything you required all the pots and pans that were needed the only things we where disappointed with was the wifi we couldnt get any did what the owner told us to do but we still couldnt get the code to work but we managed to use our phones and laptop with the data we had,but partner couldnt use his playstation portal and a table and chairs there was rattan furniture there but being disabled there so low couldnt get up when i sat down but never mind we had a good laugh trying to get me up would i rent again yes i would if the wifi situation was rectified

      We stayed at Rosella 38 for 7 nights.

      The lodge was beautiful, well kept, spacious and very clean. The description was accurate, we found the washing machine was very useful. The beds were very comfortable. Having a kingsize with an ensuite bathroom was brilliant. Both our little granddaughter and our dog enjoyed playing on the wrap around decking, which was very secure. The lodge was located close to the club house for entertainment and meals. Also the beach was a short walk away. Owner Wendy was very caring and helpful, texting to check everything was OK. I would highly recommend this lodge and would definitely stay again. Thank you.

      The caravan was lovely Bed linen good quality and plenty towels Could do with couple more bigger pots and the blue crockery only had 3 bowls with which one was chipped badly especially for a group of 6 adults Back right twin bedroom righthand side bed was terrible mattress needs replacing as when you turn over it leans all to one side and you keep falling out Toilets and furniture were spotless but rubbish from previous tenants were lying under the beds and inside of fridge and freezer drawers were dirty which we had to clean before using Overall a beautiful caravan and would stay again

      What a beautiful place to stay Was lovely and warm with full use of heating.

      Beds were comfy and cosy. Very clean and tidy. Showers powerful and hot. Plenty of space for my 17 month old to run around and tv had YouTube so that was great for the kids. Although this is a dog friendly lodge there was no evidence that dogs had previously stayed there as with other places you find the odd dog hair. Great location and fantastic for children with swimming daily and activities, book your activities early as they fill up quickly. Overall a fantastic stay as 38 rosella and I would return Thank you for a great experience from start to finish x

      We really enjoyed our short last minute break away and thank you for accepting our booking at such short notice.

      It was a great base to stay and explore the local area and Lake District. The accommodation was great, really comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. The only feedback I think I would say is that you need curtains in both bedrooms as the blinds are not sufficient as the light shines through from the street lamp outside. We hung towels up the second night and it was a lot better. Overall we had a great short break at Olivia's retreat and would definitely book again.
