What our customers say about their holidays

    • Rosy - Verified booking

Truly relaxing and tranquil area with views of the sea and lands.

The simplicity of hut life is rejuvenating, giving you strength to face reality when your holiday is over! The owners are absolutely lovely and attentive! Jane is a superhero who helped my with an issue I was having regarding transport which meant I had to change plans at very short notice. Jane fixed the problem with absolutely no fuss. Legend. I don’t want to spoil the surprise so I’ll just say that they leave you a few treats on the kitchen table for you to enjoy during your stay (hint: yum!) Thanks Jane and Gary, and Sykes for ease of planning and amending booking.

A really nice place to relax and unwind.

The hut is comfy and well insulated, and outdoor space is peaceful and private, with fantastic views. The owners are very friendly, always available if you need anything. Their Labrador is good fun and the farm animals are brilliant. Great walks from the door, and within easy reach of eateries and attractions. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent equipment and supplies in the Lodge, everything you needed for a stay.

Very comfortable Lodge. Cleanliness was good apart from big clumps of dog hair under the table and toenail clippings in the bedroom. When we hoovered we noticed the brush bar on the hoover was jammed so once we fixed the hoover we were able to clean properly. I would've given 5 stars if it wasn't for this.
