The property is commended for being well-equipped with kitchen amenities, parking, and fireplaces. The presence of Wi-Fi, not mentioned in the description, was a pleasant surprise. The score is slightly reduced due to the lack of explicit mention of maintenance.
The hosts' thoughtfulness is evident through their responsiveness and the provision of a gift basket for a guest's birthday. However, as gifts are not guaranteed and not all reviews mention them, the score reflects this.
