Guests say

Guests consistently praise Bluebell Cottage for its cleanliness, idyllic location, and welcoming hosts. The private hot tub is frequently highlighted as a highlight, contributing to the property's charm. While the majority of guests enjoyed a comfortable stay, a few mentioned the sofa and mattress could be improved for added comfort. The cottage's proximity to local attractions and peaceful surroundings make it a favoured choice for a relaxing getaway.

Reviews frequently commend the cottage for its cleanliness, with many guests expressing satisfaction with the well-maintained and tidy environment. Only a single mention of a desire for more attention to detail suggests room for minor improvement.

The location is highly praised for its beauty and proximity to local attractions, with guests appreciating the peaceful surroundings and nearby walks. The presence of a train line is noted, but it does not significantly detract from the overall positive reception of the location.

While the majority of guests found the cottage cosy and the bed comfortable, there are several comments suggesting that the sofa is not as comfortable as desired and that the mattress could be improved. These recurring points indicate that comfort is generally good but with room for enhancement.

Facilities are generally well-received, especially the hot tub, which is a standout feature. However, guests have suggested improvements such as a longer sofa, additional kitchen utensils, and better shower maintenance. The daily checking of the hot tub by hosts is appreciated.

While the reviews reflect positively on the hosts' responsiveness and the provision of amenities, there is no specific mention of gifts or extra thoughtful touches that would warrant a score in this category. Therefore, a score cannot be provided.
