A snug room features a Smart television and also has access to the garden, and a welcoming sitting room with decorative fireplace completes this level.

Upstairs on the first floor, four of the five bedroom are presented. Bedroom four (Munnings) overlooks the picturesque high street and offers a single bed. Bedroom three (Constable) and bedroom room two (Church View) also both provide king-size beds, as does the en-suite master bedroom. A family bathroom and additional shower room are also found on this floor. Located on the second floor, bedroom five hosts a further single bed in the eaves, alongside a children's playroom with bean bags and an assortment of games.

Outside, a patio runs down the back and side with thoughtfully planted mature raised flower beds including lavender. Above the patio is a compact lawned area offering great view of the church and beyond.

Dedham's Old Post Office is just steps away from the village’s delights including great pubs, a café, a famous tea room, a local butcher, craft shops, a museum, and an impressive church. In the surrounding countryside, there is a plethora of activities from boating, paddleboarding, walking or just soaking up the landscape that inspired John Constable, probably England’s most renowned artist.
