A friendly, caring owner and a comfortable, very well equipped cottage gave us a restful home for a week. The view across the Valley towards Sour Milk Ghyll Waterfall was a glorious sight to see. I have been visiting the Lake District for the last 70 years and it never fails to uplift and inspire me.

Beautiful location with stunning views. Very helpful friendly owner. We stayed for 2 weeks and didn’t want to leave! Very comfortable accommodation and had everything we needed. Was very pleased to find that the washing machine was a washer dryer! Would highly recommend and will return.

The cottage has such a view and the wild birds on the bird feeders to was a treat to watch.We will come back soon as it has to be one of the best cottages we have stayed in the last twenty years of coming to the Lakes.
