A delightful three bedroom property, sleeping up to six guests, set in mature well stocked gardens and tucked away at the end of a very quiet private driveway centrally located in the village of Grasmere.

The living room is light and bright with views over the garden. With comfortable sofa and chairs, you can sit with a book and watch the birds or cosy up in front of the gas fire on those cold winter evenings. The kitchen diner is well equipped with everything you need to make a hearty supper and sit together to plan your next day. Also on the ground floor, you will find a triple bedroom with a double and single bed and en suite shower. Upstairs you will find two more bedrooms, separate wc and bathroom.

Size: Sleeps up to 7, in 3 bedrooms.

Nearest amenities: Less than 0.2 mile.

Pets: Sorry no pets allowed.

Smoking: Sorry no smoking allowed. 

Short breaks: Available at this property.

Rooms: 3 bedrooms, 1 en suite, bathroom, wc, kitchen/diner, lounge.

Bedrooms: 1 king and 2 doubles (1 double = family room with an additional single bed). Please contact us at the time of booking if you required the additional single bed in the family room. The property can only occupy 6 guests and a 7th guest is not permitted at the property. The single bed is available should the room want to be utilised as a family room only.

Luxuries: Smart TV, WiFi, Bang & Olufsen surround sound speakers.

General: Gas fire and gas central heating.

Utilities: Electric oven and hob, dishwasher, upright fridge freezer and coffee machine.

Standard: Kettle, toaster, iron, microwave.

Other: Bed linen and towels provided. 

Outside: The garden wraps around the property with lawned and well stocked borders. Please note that the garden is not secure with gaps in hedges, there are two glass greenhouses at the rear of the property and an uneven path so children must be supervised at all times.

Parking: The property has a gravelled driveway where you can park two small cars or one large one.

Mobility: Should there be any specific health or mobility difficulties which may affect a party member, this must be pointed out at the initial reservation stage so that the suitability of the property can be assessed.
