Descend two steps into the lounge, where dual aspect views captivate, with a vast picture window offering glimpses of open fields and Ullswater Lake in the distance. In spring, you might see lambs in the fields while you unwind in the comfortable seating area by another crackling wood burner. Upstairs, three bedrooms await with feature beams, one with an en suite shower and WC, and a family bathroom with a bath with a shower over. Step outside to the large, enclosed garden with an extensive lawn and patio. A shed provides storage for bikes and sports equipment, while a charming garden house, perched overlooking fields and fells, offers the perfect spot to enjoy the beautiful countryside, even on chilly nights. Due to the levels within the garden and the small stream which runs along the top of the garden, young children should be supervised. Need to know: 3 bedrooms 2 doubles and 1 twin. 2 bathrooms 1 with bath with shower over and WC, and 1 en suite with shower and WC. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, heated drawer and dishwasher. Travel cot available. Wood burner in kitchen and lounge (first basket of wood provided). Smart TV in lounge and kitchen. Private enclosed garden with seating and summer house. Private parking for 3 cars on driveway. Secure shed storage for bikes and sports equipment in the garage.
