The accommodation is all brand new and very clean. With 3 x small children the space worked well. In terms of facilities on the site there is an extra charge to use the Park Dean pool which has quite restricted swimming times. The pool at the health club( included in the price but a short drive away) is not very kid friendly, just worth planning ahead to be around for the swimming times at Park Dean. We had some nice days out; boat on Windermere, Brockholes and a bit of a drive but Lowther castle is brilliant for kids.
