    Needs a maintenance overhaul.

The downside with did slightly spoil our stay was upon arrival there was a very large puddle directly outside the lodge, this was approx 12ft by 8ft, on the second afternoon on our return(on one of the warmest weeks we have had for months,) the lodger was extremely hot, over 30 degrees, we opened the patio doors and windows then we could smell a very unpleasant drain/sewerage smell, to unpleasant to use the sitting room, so the next three afternoons and evenings we had to sit in the bedroom at the back of the lodge with the window open. We reported the problem to Parkdene twice and nothing was done, we rang reception to check if they would do anything and were tole, 'we are aware of the issue, it fills up and eventually dries up,!'...not helpfull when you are staying whilst the large puddle is there. We have stayed in several lodges over the years but never on a parkdene site, it was not our cup of tea....lodges were very close together, not much privacy and I don't think they are bothered about there customers stay.
